Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund accordingly.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:
- Worn or washed products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items
